Family KITAS (or Spouse Visa) can be issued to people who are officially married to an Indonesian citizen or to a foreigner who has Work KITAS or Investor KITAS

Validity for 5 years (with a mandatory annual extension) for those who have officially married an Indonesian citizen. In this case, the applicant can apply for a KITAP (Kartu Izin Tinggal Tetap, KITAP) after 3 years of holding a KITAS visa.

If a family KITAS is issued for the children and spouse of a foreigner working in Indonesia on a working KITAS, then the KITAS of his family members are issued for the same period as for this working KITAS holder.

All the Family Kitas come with multiple entries, so during the validity who hold this permit can freely enter and leave Indonesia without having to submit for a new Visa.

Requirements from Applicant:

1. Scanned copy of the first page of the passport with a validity period of at least 18 months
2. Marriage certificate in English or Bahasa Indonesia
3. Birth certificate for children in English (in case you apply for a visa for your kids)
4. Photo 3×4 (soft copy with red background)
5.  Address (Noted: if the address is not the same  with ID card WNI, we also need domicile letter from both)
6. Photo of your current visa (for the onshore process)
7. Vaccination certificate (for the offshore process)
8. Visa validity to convert is minimum 60 days or otherwise we will need do another extension for you

FOR ONSHORE PROCESS If the sponsors of current visa and Kitas is different, then the customer must include all company documents (Akta Notaris, SK Menteri, NPWP, Izin Lokasi, Izin Usaha, KTP from one of the shareholders Company or KTP Manager) and eVisa. If the previous stay permit is individual sponsor, it’s mandatory to include KTP & Family Card.
