Certificate of Police Records or commonly abbreviated as SKCK is an official statement issued by the National Police through the Intelkam function to an applicant/citizen to explain whether or not there is a record of an individual or a person concerned in criminal or criminal activities. The validity period of SKCK is up to 6 (six) months from the date of issue. If it has passed the validity period and if it is deemed necessary, the SKCK can be extended.

Requirements for foreigners:

1. Application letter from sponsor, company, or institution that employs, uses, or is responsible for foreigners.
2. Personal Informations
3. Photocopy of KTP and Marriage Certificate If the Sponsor is from a Husband/Wife of Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
4. Copy of Passport.
5. Photocopy of Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) or permanent residence permit card (KITAP)
6. Photocopy of IMTA from KEMANAKER RI
7. Photocopy of Report Certificate (STM) from the police Fingerprint document and fingerprint formula.
8. Color photographs with a yellow background, photos of modestly dressed and collared, the photo must show the full face.
