Secondhome Onshore Visa is Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), which gives the right to stay in the country for 5 or 10 years (subject to all conditions) and engage in various nonwork related activities such as investing, tourism visits, and retirement. Or multiple entry visa is for foreigner who are ALREADY in Indonesia.

Requirements:

1. Original Passport valid for at least 36 months
2. Bank statement with a minimum amount of 2 billion IDR and statement letter from Head of Bank provide a proof of funds in the Indonesian Bank (BRI, BNI, Mandiri or BTN) with a minimum balance of IDR 2,000,000,000
3. Proof of ownership of luxury real estate in Indonesia in form of Hak Pakai (Right to use) agreement value of at least Rp. 5 billion or Rp. 2 billion for apartment (not valid for Bali)
4. Passport size 4×6 photo on a white background
5. CV (curriculum vitae)
6. Certificate of Vaccination
7. Copy of current stay permit that still active for minimum 60 days

Requirements to apply under Secondhome Visa Holders:

1. Original passport valid for at least 36 months;
2. Passport size 4×6 photo on a white background;
3. Scanned eVisa of the Second Home Visa holder;
4. Original passport of SecondHome Holders
5. Proof of relationship to the second home visa holder, such as marriage certificate in English, birth certificate in English and family card in English (this means dependents such as wife, children and parents can apply).

Time: 40 business days once the documents or payment completed

IMPORTANT!

• If foreigner cannot show proof of fund/property in an Indonesian state-owned bank within 90 days, the ITAS will be canceled by the Immigration.
• We assist in opening a government bank account (BNI, BRI, Mandiri Bank) where you can transfer funds to provide the proof to Immigration.
