_WHAT IT IS & HOW TO APPLY

Working Visa Kitas (1 year KITAS) you are only allowed to work for the sponsor; you cannot change your job and work for another company. If you do change your job to another company, then your KITAS becomes invalid and you will have to re-apply for a new KITAS with your new employer. If you would like to work or obtain income in Indonesia, you have to get a Work Visa KITAS that allows foreign citizens to work officially in the country

You can open your own PT PMA company and apply for a Working Kitas under it. Also, you can get Freelance Kitas if you fall under the category of allowed positions.

Requirements from applicant:

Passport valid for a minimum of 18 months from the date of entry to Indonesia;
Color scanned copy of Health Insurance (any type)
Color scanned copy of Bachelor Degree certificate in English (legalize)
Color scanned copy of Reference letter minimum 5 years or certificate of specialist of occupation
Detail information of foreigners such as email address, phone number, address in Bali, area of work, and occupation. NOTE: your physical address must match the address in your Kitas);
Photo 3×4 (soft copy with a red background);
Photo of your current visa with minimum 60 days still active
Domicile letter
Vaccination Certificate.

Requirements the company-employer:

Letterhead company come with address, email, phone number and stamp of the company
Color scanned copy of Article Association (Akta Notary)
Color scanned copy of Trading License (Izin Usaha) or Standard Certificate
Color scanned copy of Domicile Company (Izin Lokasi) or KKPR/PKKPR
Color scanned copy of Company Registry Letter (NIB)
Color scanned copy of Company Tax Registry (NPWP)
Color scanned copy of Legal Letter of Ministry of Law (SK Menteri)
Color scanned copy of ID / Passport Director
Color scanned copy of ID of employee in company
Local ID of employees (scanned copy) of at least 10 people in terms made WL report (employment of 1 foreigner supposed to be followed by 10 employee local).

Time : 40 business days once the documents and payment completed (doesn't included public holiday and days off)

IMPORTANT! You are not able to work in Indonesia without a work permit!

The procedure of extension should start not later than 2 months before the expiration date. Documents required are the same as for the first issuance. In addition, you have to provide: NPWP, BPJS Tenaga Kerja, BPJS Kesehatan, SKTT
