Exit Permit Only (EPO) or Closing the KITAS can be submitted anytime for those who have not closed their Kitas while they’re overseas, Kitas has been expired and there’s an intention to apply for another type of visa or called as OFFSHORE EPO. 

Personal Requirements:

1. Flight ticket from Indonesia
2.  Stamp out Immigration
3. Current Kitas/ Kitas Card
4.  ID Passport/ first page

ONSHORE PROCESS: Is for those who are ALREADY in Indonesia and would like to close the current KITAS

Personal Requirements: 

1.  Flight ticket from Indonesia
2.  Original passport
3.  Current Kitas/ Kitas Card

EPO can be submitted 7 days before flight date. Immigration will put stamp based on date of flight ticket to close Kitas.

Company Requirements for both process:

1. Deed of Company/ Akta Perusahaan
2. SK Kemenhumham
3.  NIB
4.  Izin Usaha
5.  Izin Lokasi / SKTU
6.  Scan of copy ID employee in company
7.  Letterhead of company (with address, email, phone number and stamp of company)
