Family KITAS (or Spouse Visa) can be issued to people who are officially married to an Indonesian citizen or to a foreigner who has Work KITAS or Investor KITAS

Validity for 5 years (with a mandatory annual extension) for those who have officially married an Indonesian citizen. In this case, the applicant can apply for a KITAP (Kartu Izin Tinggal Tetap, KITAP) after 3 years of holding a KITAS visa.

If a family KITAS is issued for the children and spouse of a foreigner working in Indonesia on a working KITAS, then the KITAS of his family members are issued for the same period as for this working KITAS holder.

All the Family Kitas come with multiple entries, so during the validity who hold this permit can freely enter and leave Indonesia without having to submit for a new Visa.

Requirements the applicant to get the E-VISA:

• Copy of the first page of the passport
• Digital photo of passport size on any background
• Copy of the marriage certificate or other document issued by the Embassy
• Copy of birth certifcate which has been translated into Indonesian by sworn translator, except English Languange
• Passport valid for at least 18 months following the date of entry to Indonesia

From the Indonesian spouse:

• Copy of Kartu Keluarga
• Copy of KTP
• Copy of NPWP
• A copy of marriage certificate
• Bank account statement

Time: 20 business days since the documents and payment completed (does not include public holidays and days off)

NOTE: Family KITAS visa is issued only to close relatives (spouses and children).

* if the Investor KITAS of the spouse is valid for more than 1 year, then the Family KITAS is issued for 1 year.
